fantastic apartment stay!

I really liked the effective air conditioning in the room. the room also had plenty of hot water. It was very useful. i found two good breakfast spots within 500m, quite handy. several bus lines run near the hotel!
The pool, though nice, did have some algae on the tiles, which i thought was a bit of an eyesore. It slightly detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel features a complimentary coffee machine located in the multi-purpose room, a great plus. I found it really useful. it provides a variety of coffee options. i used this facility every morning.

quick accessmalfunctioning dryerdirty floors
the rooms location provided quick access to transportation and shops. i found that to be acceptable.
the dryer in my unit did not function properly. clothes were not completely dry even after extended drying cycles. this was quite bothersome because i expected a fully functional appliance. also, the cleanliness of the floors were not satisfactory. my feet became dirty quickly when i walked around without footwear.

the staff provided good service i needed an extra key they provided it easily at times i needed to print items service was quick the team there assisted well. i appreciated the bottles of water in the room i also liked the souvenir tote bag and water bottle provided.
the facility seems a little tired it could use some maintenance.

The location provided quick access to restaurants and public transport. It suited me well.
Unfortunately, the room felt quite cramped. There was not enough space. Two portable single beds in A double bedroom contributed to this issue.

The kitchenette was adequate for regular usage. high-quality appliances were available for use. i found enough towels provided. This was convenient for my family. the location was excellent in a great neighborhood. it was also accessible from multiple metro stations.
reception staff had limited english. this made answering some questions difficult. this was a slight inconvenience during check-in.

mixed experience due to bathroom issues

the washing machine in the room proved useful.
i found the bathroom condition concerning, particularly the primary bedroom's bathroom which seemed to have mould. i also noticed a lack of exhaust fans. the shower screen was too short, causing water to spray onto the floor and toilet, creating a safety hazard
